Alterations to Woodland Hills Academy Woodland Hills School District 126 Monroeville Avenue Turtle Creek Pennsylvania 15145 The Woodland Hills School District, 2430 Greensburg Pike, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15221, will receive sealed bids, appropriately identified, for the following: until 1:00 P.M., on Tuesday, 15 July 2014, in the Business Manager's Office in the District Administration Building. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Each bid shall be made upon the form provided by the Architect/Engineer and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of ten percent of the proposed contract amount. No bid may be withdrawn after bids are opened for the period of time stated on the bid form. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities in the bid. Bid Documents may be obtained from Accu-Copy Reprographics, 302 Thomson Park Drive, Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania 16066, 724-935-7055. Refundable deposits of $150.00 per set, for a maximum of two sets, are required, and must be in the form of a corporate, or business check made payable to the "Woodland Hills School District", which shall be sent to the printer. Quantities over two sets must be purchased directly from the printer. This Project has the following separate prime construction contracts: General Construction Plumbing Construction HVAC Construction Electrical Construction Deposits will be refunded if (1) a prime bid is tendered, or the intent to withdraw is given at least 48 hours prior to bid opening; and (2) if complete sets of Bid Documents (including addenda) are returned to the printer (at the above address), in good (reusable) condition, within fourteen calendar days after bids are opened, or as directed by the Architect/Engineer. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, 30 June 2014, at the project site. A contractor walkthrough will occur after the meeting. A second contractor walk-through will occur at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, 8 July 2014. Access to the building will be limited to these two dates due to work being completed in the building. In order to ensure registered bidders receive addenda and bid related correspondence, requests for Bid Documents shall include the following information: 1. Which contracts you are bidding. 2.
