OFFICIAL ROSS TOWNSHIP NOTICE SEALED BIDS will be received by the Ross Township Board of Commissioners of the Township of Ross, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at the Municipal Building, 1000 Ross Municipal Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15237-2725, until 1:00 P.M. local prevailing time, MONDAY MAY 4, 2015, and be publicly opened and read on the same date and place during a regular meeting of the Township Commissioners at 7:30 P.M. for the "2015 ROSS TOWNSHIP PARKS AND BALL FIELD LAWN MAINTENANCE". Specifications and Bid Forms may be obtained at the Office of the Township Manager at the Municipal Building, 412-931-7055. All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten (10%) Percent of the total cost of the project. Successful bidder must provide Worker's Compensation Insurance and Comprehensive General Liability Insurance in the minimum amount of $250,000.00. All bids must be upon the blank Bid Form furnished by Ross Township and must be in a sealed plain envelope clearly marked "SEALED BID - 2015 ROSS TOWNSHIP PARKS AND BALL FIELD LAWN MAINTENANCE".
