NON-PROFESSIONAL BRIDGE INSPECTION SERVICES Tri-State Design and Development, Inc. (TSDD) has been contracted by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to perform bridge inspections of four (4) State Bridges located in Beaver and Allegheny County. TSDD will accept bid package requests for the following services: A total of ten (10) bridge inspections are to be conducted from June 2015 through August 2019. PennDOT approved contractors must provide hands-on bridge inspection access equipment to certified bridge inspectors (combination of an Under Bridge Inspection Crane with 60' Reach and Bridge Inspection Bucket Trucks with 35' Reach), and perform Maintenance and Protection of Traffic. TSDD will accept separate sealed bids from qualified Contractors until 2:00 PM, April 24, 2015 in the TSDD office located at 9 East Main Street, Carnegie, PA 15106. Bid package requests or other inquiries can be obtained by calling, 412-276-2219. TSDD will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. TSDD reserves the right to reject any or all bids deemed not in conformance with the bid requirements. Procedures are subject to PennDOT approval.
