Northgate School District The Northgate School District invites the submission of sealed bids from qualified vendors for the removal of portions of the existing roofs and installation of new roofs at Avalon Elementary School and Bellevue Elementary School. All interested bidders are required to attend a pre-bid meeting, which will begin at Avalon Elementary School; 721 California Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15202 on Monday, April 6, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. Bids are to be submitted to the Northgate School District, Administrative Center, Attention: Christopher Ursu, 591 Union Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15202-2958 in a sealed envelope marked "Avalon and Bellevue Roof Projects". Bids will be received no later than Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., at which time public opening of the bids will occur in the Northgate Administrative Center mailroom. Laureen L.
