Project 2 Location: 5135 Wexford Run Road, Wexford, PA 15090 Project 3 Title: Bradford Woods Elementary School Renovations Project 3 Location: 41 Forest Road, Bradford Woods, PA 15015 The North Allegheny School District (Owner) seeks bids from qualified Bidders to perform construction for the Marshall Middle School Renovations project, the Marshall Elementary School Renovations project, and the Bradford Woods Elementary School Renovations project. All work will occur under separate Multiple Prime Contracts. Bids for General Construction, Plumbing Construction, HVAC Construction, and Electrical Construction for Marshall Middle School Renovations project will be received until 10:00 a.m., local prevailing time on April 9, 2015, for Marshall Elementary School Renovations until 10:00 a.m., local prevailing time on April 14, 2015, and for Bradford Wood Elementary School Renovations until 10:00 a.m., local prevailing time on April 17, 2015. Bids for Food Service Equipment Construction will be a combined bid for all three projects and will be received until 10:00 a.m., local prevailing time on April 17, 2015. The Food Service Equipment Construction shall submit their bids using the bid form included in the Bradford Woods Elementary specifications. The requirements of all three projects shall apply to the Food Service Equipment Construction bidders. Bids received after the previously noted times will not be accepted. At the times indicated, the bids will be opened, and publicly read aloud in the Facilities/Transportation Office of the North Allegheny School District located at 400 Hillvue Lane Pittsburgh, PA 15237. All Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a Pre-Bid Conference which will be held at the relative project sites at the following: Marshall Middle School Renovations at 3:30 p.m. local prevailing time on March 31, 2015; Marshall Elementary School Renovations at 1:00 p.m. local prevailing time on April 2, 2015; Bradford Woods Elementary School Renovations at 4:00 p.m. local prevailing time on April 7, 2015.
