TO HEAR THE FOLLOWING CASE: CASE NO. 15-02 - The applicant, Jim Balik representing Xin Hui Chen & Yin-Yan Wong, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 627, under ARTICLE 8, Table A, SETBACKS, and ARTICLE 10, SECTION 10.140, STRUCTURES WITHIN EASEMENTS, for an existing shed that is encroaching on the required side yard setback by approximately 14.5' and the required rear yard setback by approximately 34' and is placed over an easement on property located at 2154 Coventry Dr. CASE NO. 15-03 - The applicant, Allison Park Church, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 627, ARTICLE 8, SECTION 8.550, PERMITTED USES FOR RESIDENTIAL D, to locate a recreational facility for the church youth group, as well as an overflow parking lot, on a vacant lot across the street from 2326 Duncan Avenue in a zoning district for which these uses are not listed as allowable.
