TOWNSHIP OF HAMPTON OFFICIAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given by the Council of the Township of Hampton that a Public Hearing will be conducted on Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at 7:30 PM, in the Township Community Center located at 3101 McCully Road, Allison Park, PA 15101. The Purpose of this Public Hearing is to receive public comment on a proposed ordinance of the Township of Hampton, with possible enactment of the ordinance on March 25, 2015, regarding residential rental properties for purposes of ensuring compliance with applicable Ordinances and Codes, regulating residential unit occupancy and providing for registration, inspections and penalties for noncompliance. The proposed ordinance is available for review on the Township website, www.hampton-pa.org, as well as at the Township Municipal Building during regular office hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Should persons with a disability wish to attend this meeting and require auxiliary aid to participate, please contact the Township office at 412-486-0400 at least seven days prior to the meeting date. Anyone unable to attend the Public Hearing may deliver written testimony to the Township office on or before Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at 4:00 PM.
