CITY OF PITTSBURGH DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY / BUREAU OF POLICE TOWING AND STORAGE SERVICES FOR IMPOUNDED VEHICLES REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The City of Pittsburgh seeks a qualified vendor to provide towing and storage services for the City. Qualified vendors must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. A complete description of the requirements is included in the City's Request for Proposal (RFP).
