LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, 350 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1200, New York, NY 10118, for consent to merge FNBPA Investments Corporation, One F.N.B. Boulevard, Hermitage, PA 16148, into its parent, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, (the "Merger"), with its principal executive offices located at One F.N.B. Boulevard, Hermitage, Pennsylvania 16148 under the terms of a December 23, 2014 Agreement and Plan of Merger entered into between the two entities. This notice is published pursuant to 12 U.S.C. Section 1828(c) and 12 C.F.R. Part 303. This notice will appear three (3) times on February 17, 2015, February 24, 2015 and March 23, 2015. Any person desiring to comment on the above-described merger application may do so by submitting written comments within 30 days of the day of the first publication of this notice to: Regional Director, John Vogel, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, 350 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1200, New York, NY 10118. The public file is available for inspection in that office during normal business hours.
