BOROUGH OF GREEN TREE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE BE ADVISED that a public hearing will be held on Thursday evening, February 19, 2015 that will commence at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time at the Green Tree Municipal Center located at 10 W. Manilla Ave., Green Tree, PA 15220 for the following applicants: ZHB-01-2015 Applicant, Executive Office Associates, owner of property located at 381 Mansfield Ave., is requesting a variance from the following sections of the Borough of Green Tree Codified Ordinances to install a second unified office complex sign along I-279 for the office building on the property known as Greentree Commons: 1. Chapter 420, Article XXIII, Section 420-194(A)(2)(a) which allows for one sign to identify the name of a center or unified office complex, not to exceed one square foot for every three feet of building frontage. There is already an existing unified office complex sign on Mansfield Avenue for Greentree Commons, and the proposed sign will be bigger than allowable.
