Notice -- Written Reevaluation of the Environmental Assessment for Oil and Gas Development at Pittsburgh International Airport (February 2014) and the Finding of No Significant Impact/Record of Decision (March 2014) - Finding of No Significant Impact/Record of Decision Issued by FAA. The Federal Aviation Administration has completed a Written Reevaluation of the Environmental Assessment for Oil & Gas Development at Pittsburgh International Airport (February 2014) and the Finding of No Significant Impacts/Record of Decision (March 2014). The Written Reevaluation examines proposed changes and potential impacts to well site, impoundment and pipeline construction, drilling and hydraulic fracturing operations on multiple well sites on airport property, access roads and pipeline construction off airport property, since the Environmental Assessment was completed in February 2014 and the Finding of No Significant Impact/Record of Decision was issued in March 2014. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a Finding of No Significant Impact/Record of Decision (FONSI/ROD) for the Written Reevaluation of the Environmental Assessment. The FONSI/ROD, along with an errata containing late agency correspondence and associated minor changes to the Written Reevaluation of the Environmental Assessment document will be available for public review for 30 days, beginning January 20, 2015 through February 18, 2015.
