LEGAL NOTICE McGUFFEY SCHOOL DISTRICT BID ADVERTISEMENT McGuffey School District is accepting sealed bids for internal connections equipment and/or services and related maintenance at four (4) locations in the McGuffey School District. Bidders will be required to complete an on-site visit prior to the bid submission. Proposals must include a bid bond or a certified check in an amount not less that ten percent (10%) of the proposal. Bids will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. on Monday, February 9, 2015, at the Administration office located at 90 McGuffey Drive, Claysville, PA 15323, to the attention of Scott P. Burchill, Business Administrator with bids opened immediately following the deadline. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates apply to any project over $25,000. Bid documents may be obtained from the McGuffey Administration Office, 90 McGuffey Drive, Claysville, PA 15323, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. or by e-mail at burchills@mcguffey.k12.pa.us.
