OFFICIAL ROSS TOWNSHIP NOTICE The regular meeting of the Ross Township Zoning Hearing Board will be held at the Ross Township Municipal Building, 1000 Ross Municipal Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. to review the following applications: ZHB-31-14, Shirley Adams requesting a variance to Chapter 27, Part 10, Section 1010.2 to allow the "finished side" of a fence to face the interior of the lot located at 7925 Spruce Street in an R-1 Zoning District of the 9th Ward. ZHB-34-14, James Seekford requesting a variance to Chapter 27, Part 906, Section P, for the purpose of used car sales of no more than 2-3 cars at any given time in addition to current use; requesting a 59 SQF variance to the 30,000 SQF lot size requirement (lot currently 29,941 SQF) on property located at 4802 McKnight Road in a C-1 Zoning District of the 1st Ward.
