ADOPTION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE ALLGHENY COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS, ARTICLE XXI, "AIR POLLUTION CONTROL" The Allegheny County Board of Health promulgated amendments to Article XXI, "Air Pollution Control," regarding Nonattainment New Source Review Requirements for Modeling, Coke Ovens and Coke Oven Gas - Pushing, and Emission Fees, on July 2, 2014, County Council enacted the amendments on November 5, the County Chief Executive approved the same on November 13, 2014, and they become effective January 1, 2015. The amendments are codified at Sections 2102.06.f, 2105.21.e.6, and 2103.41, respectively, of Article XXI. In addition, the Allegheny County Board of Health promulgated amendments to Article XXI, "Air Pollution Control," regarding Open Burning, on September 3, 2014, County Council enacted the amendments on November 5, the County Chief Executive approved the same, and they become effective January 1, 2015.
