LEGAL NOTICE MT. LEBANON, PENNSYLVANIA Notice is hereby given that the Commission of the Municipality of Mt. Lebanon, Pa., will hold its Regular and Adjourned meetings for the year 2015 at the Municipal Building, 710 Washington Road, Room A, Mt. Lebanon, Pa., at 8 p.m. (prevailing time) on the following dates: January 13 & 26, February 10 & 23, March 10 & 23, April 14 & 27, May 12 & 26, June 9 & 22, July 14 & 27, August 11 & 24, September 8 & 28, October 13 & 26, November 10 & 23, December 8. Each Regular and Adjourned meeting will be preceded by work sessions and ancillary meeting held at 6 p.m. prevailing time in the Municipal Building, 710 Washington Road, Room C, Mt. Lebanon, Pa., with the executive session occurring first, followed by the open session. The Commission will also have the annual organization meeting on Monday, January 5, 2015, at 8 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Municipal Building. Ancillary meetings will be attended by members of the Commission, municipal staff, professional advisors and others. The purpose of ancillary meetings will be to review administrative action with municipal staff; discuss employment matters and labor negotiations; discuss the lease or purchase of real estate; consult with municipal attorneys, accountants and other professional advisors; discuss privileged and confidential matters, investigations, and quasi-judicial matters; and deliberate with respect to other matters of Commission business. All or portions of any ancillary meeting will be open to the public pursuant to the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act, depending on the subject matter(s) addressed at the meeting.
