LEGAL NOTICE PETERS TOWNSHIP SCHOOL DISTRICT BID ADVERTISEMENT On Thursday, January 15, 2015, the Peters Township School District will open sealed proposals marked "Bid on Uni-Ventilator Replacement to the Pleasant Valley School, 250 East McMurray Road, McMurray, PA 15317", received up to 11:00 A.M., local time of that day for the furnishing of all labor and materials required for the performance of said work. Bids will be received at the Administrative Offices of the School District to the attention of Vincent M. Belczyk, Business Manager / Board Secretary, 631 E. McMurray Rd., McMurray, PA 15317. It is the intent of the Owner to enter into a single contract for the work. A Mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held at the site on Monday, December 29, 2014, at 12:30 P.M. Bids shall conform to Bid Spec Documents obtained at no cost by contacting Ronald J. Gault, Director of Buildings & Grounds, via e-mail only at gaultr@pt-sd.org no later than Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 4:00pm. Bids shall include a Bid Security Bond or Check, payable to Peters Township School District, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. The Peters Township School District reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids, whichever is most advantageous to the Peters Township School District.
