NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE BE ADVISED that a public hearing will be held on Thursday evening, December 4, 2014 that will commence at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time at the Green Tree Municipal Center located at 10 West Manilla Avenue, Green Tree, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15220 for the following applicants: ZHB-07-2014 Applicants, TLC Properties, Inc., owner of property located at 740 Trumbull Drive, is requesting a variance from the following section of the Borough of Green Tree Codified Ordinances to install a sign on the side of the building facing Trumbull Drive that is bigger than allowed by Ordinance: Chapter 420, Article XXIII, Section 420-194(A)(1)(a) which states that each business establishment may have a wall sign not to exceed one square foot for every three feet of building frontage. The proposed wall sign is 159.3 square feet when 103.2 square feet is permitted by Ordinance.
