A 14 story apartment building is planned at the former Allegheny County Health Department site at 3333 Forbes Avenue in the Oakland section of the City. The building to be known as SKYVUE will accommodate 394 apartment units with access to two elevated terrace amenity areas. The building will also have 3 levels of resident parking and three retail restaurant areas. The existing building will be razed to make way for the project. Sewage from the proposed building will connect into the existing PWSA sewer along Forbes Avenue and eventually flow to the ALCOSAN treatment plant at Woods Run. The project will generate 102,377 GPD or 255.94 EDU's of sewage.
