LEGAL NOTICE MT. LEBANON, PENNSYLVANIA PUBLIC HEARING The Mt. Lebanon Commission will hold a public hearing on November 11, 2014, at 8 p.m. in Commission Chambers located in the municipal building at 710 Washington Road concerning Ordinance (Bill No. 14-14) amending the 2014 Budget and to authorize use of unassigned general fund balance for certain capital improvements. The additional expenditures include: Emergency management radio equipment $10,000; Smoke detectors $26,780; Public works roof replacement $20,000; Rock salt and chemicals for snow removal $180,000; Recycling cans for parks $10,000; Bird Park and Twin Hills trail signs $3,500; Deer management $68,000; HARB Ordinance consultant $25,000; Invasive species enhancement $42,000; Firing range improvements $23,000; Robb Hollow improvements $60,000; Wildcat/Middle field turf project unassigned portion $162,600; Wildcat/Middle field turf project non-municipal share $250,000; Longuevue storm sewer $739,810; Marlin Mapleton storm sewer $655,000; Public safety center façade improvements $200,000; Municipal roof replacement $135,530; Private streets municipal share $68,000; School zone signage $35,000; Traffic pedestrian upgrade $107,650; Bond issuance fees $23,450; and Sewage collection expenses $125,000. Fund balance and other changes as may be determined following the November 11, 2014 public hearing.
