OFFICIAL NOTICE BOROUGH OF WEST VIEW Notice is hereby given that there will be a Special Workshop Meeting of the Town Council of the Borough of West View on Thursday, November 13, 2014, at 6:30 p.m., with the Regular Meeting of Town Council to immediately follow. The Meeting will be held in the West View Council Chambers at 441 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, PA 15229.
