OFFICIAL NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF HAMPTON THE ZONING HEARING BOARD WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY OCTOBER 28, 2014, AT 7:30 PM, AT THE MUNICIPAL BLDG. TO HEAR THE FOLLOWING CASE: CASE NO. 14-16 - The applicant, Edward A. Nock, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 627, under ARTICLE 8, TABLE A, SETBACKS, for a carport that would encroach into the required front setback by approximately 27' on property located at 5133 Lakeview Drive. CASE NO. 14-17 - The applicant, Heartland Homes, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 627, under ARTICLE 8, TABLE A, SETBACKS, for stairs that would encroach into the required rear setback by approximately 6' on property located at 3092 Raintree Drive. CASE NO. 14-18 - The applicant, Heartland Homes, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 627, under ARTICLE 8, TABLE A, SETBACKS, for stairs that would encroach into the required rear setback by approximately 6' on property located at 3094 Raintree Drive. CASE NO. 14-19 - The applicant, Heartland Homes, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 627, under ARTICLE 8, TABLE A, SETBACKS, for stairs that will encroach into the required rear setback by approximately 6' on property located at 3096 Raintree Drive. CASE NO. 14-20 - The applicant, Heartland Homes, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 627, under ARTICLE 8, TABLE A, SETBACKS, for stairs that will encroach into the required rear setback by approximately 3' on property located at 3098 Raintree Drive. CASE NO. 14-21 - The applicant, Heartland Homes, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 627, under ARTICLE 8, TABLE A, SETBACKS, for stairs that will encroach into the required rear setback by approximately 5' on property located at 3105 Raintree Drive. CASE NO. 14-22 - The applicant, Heartland Homes, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 627, under ARTICLE 8, TABLE A, SETBACKS, for stairs that will encroach into the required rear setback by approximately 5' on property located at 3107 Raintree Drive. CASE NO. 14-23 - The applicant, Heartland Homes, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 627, under ARTICLE 8, TABLE A, SETBACKS, for stairs that will encroach into the required rear setback by approximately 5' on property located at 3109 Raintree Drive. CASE NO. 14-24 - The co-applicants, Donald and Susan Simms, and Sandy and Gary McKnight, are requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 627, under ARTICLE 8, TABLE A, SETBACKS, for an existing fence that encroaches into the required side and rear yard setbacks on property located at 2161 S. Villa Drive and crosses the shared property line into 2155 S. Villa Drive. CASE NO. 14-25 - The applicants, David and Kathleen Zang, are requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 627, under ARTICLE 16, SECTION 16.120, for a vacant lot adjacent to their property located at 5101 Hardt Road that does not meet the minimum lot size requirements in that zoning district. CASE NO. 14-26 - The applicant, Ronald Core, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance No. 627, under ARTICLE 8, TABLE A, SETBACKS, for a deck that that encroaches into the required side yard setback by approximately 5'4" on property located at 2865 Shamrock Drive.
