Prevailing Time, November 4, 2014: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR FLEET MANAGEMENT SERVICES, PWSA PROJECT NO. All Offerors interested in submitting a proposal in response to any of these solicitations are invited to attend a Pre-Proposal Meeting to be held on Monday, October 20, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. at the Authority's Brilliant Yard, located at 7779 Lockway East, Pittsburgh, PA 15206. The purpose of this meeting is to give an overview of the contract requirements and to allow Offerors to ask questions. Vehicles located at Brilliant Yard will be available for visual inspection immediately following the Pre-Proposal Meeting. In addition, vehicles will be available for visual inspection at the following locations: Howard Street, located at 1907 Howard St., Pittsburgh, PA 15212 on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at 3:30 P.M. Mission Yard, located on Mission St., Pittsburgh, PA 15203 on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 3:30 P.M. Water Treatment Plant, located at 900 Freeport Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15238 on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 3:30 P.M. Central Warehouse, located at 202 26th St., Pittsburgh, PA 15222 on Friday, October 24, 2014 at 3:30 P.M. The Authority also retains the right to investigate the qualifications of Offerors prior to any award and to award contracts only to Consultants who, in the sole judgment of the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, are qualified and equipped to properly execute the specified work.
