Notice -Allegheny County Airport Authority - CONSOL Energy - Draft Written Reevaluation of the Environmental Assessment for Oil and Gas Development at Pittsburgh International Airport (February 2014) and the Finding of No Significant Impact/Record of Decision (March 2014) Allegheny County Airport Authority (ACAA) and CONSOL Energy have completed a Draft Written Reevaluation of the Environmental Assessment for Oil & Gas Development at Pittsburgh International Airport (February 2014) and the Finding of No Significant Impact/Record of Decision (March 2014). Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is operated by ACAA. The Draft Written Reevaluation examines changes to well site, impoundment and pipeline construction, drilling and hydraulic fracturing operations on multiple well sites on airport property, access roads and pipeline construction off airport property, since the Environmental Assessment was completed in February 2014 and the Finding of No Significant Impact/ Record of Decision was issued in March 2014. The Draft Written Reevaluation document will be available for public review for 30 days, beginning October 3, 2014 through November 1, 2014.
