MUNICIPALITY OF BETHEL PARK ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA NOTICE OF BIDS Sealed Proposals will be received by the Municipality of Bethel Park, Allegheny County, PA for the West Munroe Street Endwall Project as follows: The project involves the removal of an existing endwall and installation of new poured in place concrete endwall, installation of rip rap along the embankment, grading and restoration of the site as shown on the Contract Drawing. All proposals must be addressed and in the hands of the Municipal Manager, William J. Spagnol, Municipality of Bethel Park, 5100 West Library Avenue, Bethel Park, PA 15102 before 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 and the same will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the words "WEST MUNROE STREET ENDWALL PROJECT". Pennsylvania prevailing wages shall be paid on this project. Copies of Drawings, Specifications, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Forms of Proposals and Agreement may be secured at the Municipal Engineer's Office, 5100 West Library Avenue, Bethel Park, PA 15102 for a payment of $ 30.00 per set. No refund will be made for the return of any documents. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, along with Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance in the amounts specified, as well as Certificates of Workman's Compensation must be filed with the executed Agreement.
